单纯TACE与TACE联合微波消融治疗原发性肝癌的效果比较

Comparison of the effects of TACE alone and TACE combined with microwave ablation in the treatment of primary liver cancer

目的研究肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)联合微波消融治疗原发性肝癌的效果。方法选取我院原发性肝癌患者66例,按入院顺序分为研究组与对照组,各33例。对照组单纯采用TACE治疗,研究组以对照组为基础联合采用微波消融治疗,比较两组患者治疗前、后生活质量、肝功能指标水平、临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者治疗后的躯体疼痛、社会功能、总体健康、情感职能评分显著高于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者GGT、ALP、AST与ALT水平显著低于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对原发性肝癌患者实施TACE联合微波消融治疗能改善其生活质量与肝功能指标水平,提高临床疗效,降低并发症发生率,改善预后。

Objective To study the effects of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) combined with microwave ablation in the treatment of primary liver cancer. Methods Sixty-six patients with primary liver cancer in our hospital were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the order of admission, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with TACE alone, while the study group was treated with microwave ablation based on the control group. The quality of life, levels of liver function indexes before and after treatment, clinical efficacy and complicatons were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of physical pain, social function, general health and emotional function in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of GGT, ALP, AST and ALT in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group and before treatment (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion TACE combined with microwave ablation can improve the quality of life and liver function of patients with primary liver cancer, improve clinical efficacy, reduce the incidence of complications and improve prognosis.
