瘘管旷置术联合传统切开挂线疗法对高位复杂性肛瘘患者术后切口愈合及复发率的影响

Effect of fistula exclusion combined with traditional incision suture therapy on postoperative incision healing and recurrence rate in patients with high complex anal fistula

目的研究瘘管旷置术联合传统切开挂线疗法对高位复杂性肛瘘患者术后切口愈合及复发率的影响。方法选取我院2016年1月至2018年1月收治的40例高位复杂性肛瘘患者为研究对象,对每位患者进行入院顺序编号,再依据随机数表法将40例患者分为对照组(n=20)和试验组(n=20)。对照组患者实施传统切开挂线疗法,试验组患者实施瘘管旷置术联合传统切开挂线疗法。比较两组患者伤口愈合时间、肛瘘治疗效果、复发率及伤面分泌物评分。结果试验组的伤口愈合时间明显长于对照组,肛瘘治疗有效率高于对照组,肛瘘复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者的伤面分泌物评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瘘管旷置术联合传统切开挂线疗法虽然延长了高位复杂性肛瘘患者的伤口愈合时间,但是治疗效果可观。

Objective To study the effect of fistula exclusion combined with traditional incision suture therapy on postoperative incision healing and recurrence rate in patients with high complex anal fistula. Methods Forty patients with high complex anal fistula admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects. Each patient was numbered in order of admission. Then 40 patients were divided into control group (n=20) and experimental group (n=20) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with traditional incision suture therapy, while the experimental group was treated with fistula exclusion combined with traditional incision suture therapy. The wound healing time, anal fistula treatment effect, recurrence rate and wound secretion score were compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing time of the experimental group was significantly longer than that of the control group, the effective rate of anal fistula treatment was higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate of anal fistula was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The wound secretion score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Although fistula exclusion combined with traditional incision suture therapy prolongs the wound healing time of patients with high complex anal fistula, the curative effect is considerable.
