医护一体化教学模式在肿瘤专科护理临床教学中的应用价值 被引量:12

摘要 目的分析医护一体化教学模式在肿瘤科护理本科实习生带教中的应用价值。方法2016年6月至2017年3月肿瘤科实习的40名本科护生(对照组)接受传统的一对一教学,2017年6月至2018年3月实习的40名本科护生(观察组)接受医护一体化教学。比较两组带教效果。结果观察组理论成绩、操作成绩、综合成绩及实习满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤科护理本科实习生带教中,应用医护一体化教学模式能够明显提高护生的综合能力,值得在护理临床带教中应用及推广。 Objective To analyze application value of doctor-nurse collaborating teaching model in clinical teaching of oncology specialty nursing. Methods Forty undergraduate nursing interns (control group) from June 2016 to March 2017 received traditional one-to-one teaching model. Forty undergraduate nursing interns (observation group) from June 2017 to March 2018 received doctor-nurse collaborating teaching model. The teaching effects were compared between two groups. Results The theoretical performance, operation performance, comprehensive performance and internship satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the teaching of undergraduate nursing interns in oncology department, the application of doctor-nurse collaborating teaching model can significantly improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students, which is worthy of application and promotion in clinical nursing teaching.
