摘要
为研究配置钢筋桁架的叠合墙体的界面受剪性能,以界面凿毛程度、界面桁架数量和桁架腹筋直径(界面受剪配筋率)等为参数,开展了7个钢筋混凝土叠合墙体的界面受剪试验,分析了叠合墙体界面的破坏现象和破坏形态、剪力-界面滑移关系、受剪承载力等。研究结果表明:叠合界面双面沿垂直于受力方向做5道深分别为5mm和10mm的凿毛,可分别提高叠合界面的受剪承载力26%和32%;叠合界面的界面受剪配筋率由0增加至0.241%,其受剪承载力、峰值滑移与开裂滑移的比值可分别提高57%和930%;基于文中提出的叠合界面剪力-滑移模型推导的计算式,其计算值与试验值吻合较好,可为叠合墙体界面的受剪承载力设计提供参考。
To study the shear behavior of the interface of composite reinforced concrete walls with reinforcement truss, shear test on seven specimens with different parameters,including the roughness of interface,the quantity and diameter of the reinforcement truss,i.e.,the reinforcement ratio for shear interface,were carried out.The failure phenomenon and mode,the shear force-interfacial slip relationship and the shear strength of the interface of composite reinforced concrete walls were analyzed.The results show that the shear capacity of the interface of composite reinforced concrete walls can be increased by making five gouges in the direction perpendicular to the shear force on both sides of the interface.When the depth of the gouges is 5 mm and 10 mm,the shear capacity can be increase by 26% and 32% respectively.It is also found that the shear capacity and the ratio of peak slip to crack slip of the composite interface can be increased by 57% and 930%,respectively,by increasing the shear reinforcement ration from 0 to 0.241%.According to the shear force-slip model of the composite interface,a calculation formula was derived.The calculated value is in good agreement with the experimental value.The proposed formula thus provides a theoretical basis for the design of shear capacity of composite interface of composite reinforced concrete walls.
