摘要
当NSA网络锚点层与NR层处于不同频段时,在网络优化时需要考虑频段覆盖差异给NSA终端移动性管理带来的影响。本文从NSA网络部署初期面临的覆盖问题出发,对NSA网络下终端在锚点层和NR层的重选及切换流程进行了分析,提出了相应的一般优化策略和独立于现有LTE网络的优化方案,以提高NR业务体验。
It is necessary to consider about the impact of the coverage difference between the bands, in which the anchor layer of the NSA network and the NR layer are. Based on the coverage problem encountered in the beginning of NSA network deployment, this paper analyzes the reselection and handover process of NSA network on both anchor layer and NR layer, and proposes corresponding general optimization strategy and optimization independent of existing LTE network to improve the NR experience.
