不同剂量阿托伐他汀对急性心肌梗死后患者血清炎性因子、LVEF、BNP的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨不同剂量阿托伐他汀对急性心肌梗死后患者血清炎性因子、LVEF、BNP的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年3月-2018年3月70例急性心肌梗死患者。根据入院时间分为观察组35例(中剂量阿托伐他汀治疗)与对照组35例(常规剂量阿托伐他汀治疗),对比治疗后两组血清炎性因子、LVEF、BNP等指标的变化情况。结果:治疗后,白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C-反应蛋白水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组LVEDD、LVESD均低于对照组,LVEF(59.65±4.25)%高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组BNP(101.23±23.36)mg/L、MMP-9水平(461.25±3.45)μg/L,均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中剂量阿托伐他汀对急性心肌梗死后患者血清炎性因子、LVEF、BNP的影响显著,可降低BNP水平,提高LVEF,值得推广。
