急诊创伤救治中外科小组专业护理模式的应用价值

Application Value of Professional Nursing Mode of Surgical Group in Emergency Trauma Treatment

目的:分析急诊创伤救治中外科小组专业护理模式的应用价值。方法:选取2017年3月-2018年6月收治的84例急诊外科创伤患者为研究对象,依据入院先后顺序分为对照组、观察组,各42例,分别进行常规护理和外科小组专业护理,对比两种护理方式的效果。结果:采用外科小组专业护理后,观察组抢救成功率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊创伤救治中,进行专业的外科护理可提升抢救成功率和患者满意度,有临床应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the application value of professional nursing mode of surgical group in emergency trauma treatment.Method:84 cases of emergency surgical trauma patients admitted from March 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study objects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,42 cases in each group.Routine nursing and professional nursing in the surgical group were respectively carried out,and the effects of the two nursing methods were compared.Result:After professional nursing in the surgical group,the success rate of rescue in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In emergency trauma treatment,professional surgery nursing can improve the success rate of rescue and patients’ satisfaction.It has clinical application value.
