独活寄生汤结合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果及血液流变学变化分析

Efficacy and Hemorheological Changes of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction Combined with Mecobalamin in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:分析独活寄生汤结合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的效果及血液流变学变化。方法:纳入笔者所在医院74例DPN患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法将受试者随机分为试验组(独活寄生汤结合甲钴胺治疗)、对照组(甲钴胺治疗),各37例。比较两组患者治疗2个月后临床效果,以及治疗前、治疗2个月后血液流变学指标(全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度值、红细胞压积)。结果:治疗2个月后,试验组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度值、红细胞压积均较治疗前降低,且试验组均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤联合甲钴胺用于治疗DNP,可增强临床效果,改善患者血液流变学状态。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy and hemorheological changes of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with Mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Method:74 patients with DPN in our hospital were included in the study and were randomly divided into the experimental group(Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with Mecobalamin treatment) and the control group(Mecobalamin treatment).The clinical efficacy after 2 months of treatment,and hemorheological indicators(whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit) before treatment and after 2 months of treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After 2 months of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with Mecobalamin in the treatment of DNP can enhance the efficacy and improve the hemorheological status of patients.
