维胺酯胶囊联合他克莫司软膏治疗玫瑰痤疮临床效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究维胺酯胶囊和他克莫司软膏治疗玫瑰痤疮的效果。方法:以2017年1月-2018年10月笔者所在医院接诊的玫瑰痤疮患者72例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成试验组(n=36)和对照组(n=36)。试验组采用维胺酯胶囊联合他克莫司软膏,对照组采用维胺酯胶囊联合甲硝唑凝胶。分析两组的治疗效果,比较两组随访1个月的疾病复发率等指标。结果:试验组的临床总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的72.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1个月,试验组的疾病复发率为8.33%,低于对照组的27.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药过程中均未出现血脂水平及肝功能异常等情况。结论:采用维胺酯胶囊和他克莫司软膏联合疗法对玫瑰痤疮患者进行施治,效果确切,疾病复发率低,不良反应少,建议临床推广。
