C肽与重度子痫前期的相关性研究

Correlation Between C-peptide and Severe Pre-eclampsia

目的:研究C肽与重度子痫前期的相关性,以期为产科重度子痫前期防治提供更好的监测指标。方法:选择2015年1月-2018年12月在笔者所在医院接受诊治的224例重度子痫前期患者作为研究对象,采用放射免疫检测方法测定C肽指标表达,以C肽正常与异常对重度子痫前期患者进行分组,并对两组相关临床资料进行分析,探究C肽表达与重度子痫前期的相关性。结果:两组患者尿素氮、血肌酐、谷草转氨酶、白蛋白对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者年龄、孕周、BMI、收缩压、舒张压、血小板水平、谷丙转氨酶等对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相关性分析表明,C肽与重度子痫前期患者的尿素氮、血肌酐呈正性相关,与白蛋白、血小板呈负性相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:C肽表达与重度子痫前期具有密切相关性,对重度子痫前期病情进展在临床观察中有一定指导作用。

Objective:To study the correlation between C-peptide and severe pre-eclampsia in order to provide better monitoring indicators for the prevention and treatment of severe preeclampsia in obstetrics.Method:224 cases of patients with severe pre-eclampsia who were treated in the hospital of the author from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected as subjects.The radioimmunoassay was used to determine the expression of C-peptide indicators.The patients with severe preeclampsia were divided into normal and abnormal C-peptides,and the clinical data of the two groups were analyzed,to explore the correlation between C-peptide expression and severe pre-eclampsia.Result:The differences in urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,glutamate transaminase and albumin between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,gestational age,BMI,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,platelet level,alanine glutamate transaminase(P>0.05).According to the correlation analysis,C-peptide was positively correlated with urea nitrogen and serum creatinine of patients with severe preeclampsia,and negatively correlated with albumin and platelet,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of c-peptide index is closely related to severe preeclampsia which has certain guiding effect on the progress of severe preeclampsia in clinical observation.
