摘要
目的:研究将人文关怀教育融入康复治疗技术专业核心课程《疾病康复》实训教学的效果。方法:在江苏医药职业学院康复治疗技术专业整群抽样100名大二学生,随机均分为试验组(50名)和对照组(50名),对照组选用传统实训教学方法,试验组选用融合了人文关怀教育的实训教学方法。用关怀能力评价、操作考试、教学效果评价比较两组结果。结果:两组试验后的关怀能力总分及理解、勇气、耐心三个维度分均较试验前高,且试验组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在操作考试和教学效果评价方面,试验组均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两种教学模式均可提高康复学生的人文素质,而融合人文关怀教育的《疾病康复》实训教学模式相比于传统实训教学更能有效提高康复学生的操作能力及人文关怀能力,效果更好。
Objective:To study the effect of integrating humanistic care education into the practical teaching of the core course "Disease Rehabilitation" of rehabilitation treatment technology specialty.Method:A cluster sample of 100 sophomores majoring in rehabilitation therapy technology in Jiangsu Vocational College of Medicine was randomly divided into experimental group(50 cases) and control group(50 cases).The control group used traditional training teaching methods,while the experimental group used training teaching methods that integrated humanistic care education.Care ability evaluation,operation test and teaching effect evaluation were used to compare the results of the two groups.Result:The total score of caring ability,understanding,courage and patience of the two groups after the experiment were higher than those before the experiment,and the experimental group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group were significantly better than the control group in operation examination and teaching effect evaluation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both of the two teaching modes can improve the humanistic quality of rehabilitation students.Compared with the traditional training mode,the training mode of "Disease Rehabilitation" which integrates humanistic care education can effectively improve the operation ability and humanistic care ability of rehabilitation students,and the effect is better.
