摘要 目的:评估以问题为教学基础(problembasedlearning,PBL)的教学模式在护理临床教学中的应用。方法:对2018年2-8月在笔者所在医院呼吸科实习的58名护理专业实习生进行临床观察及研究,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,并对两组实习生的病例分析成绩、实践操作成绩、理论知识成绩及教学满意度进行观察记录。结果:与对照组相比,观察组实习生的病例分析成绩、实践操作成绩及理论知识成绩都明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的教学总满意率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学能够明显提高护理实习生的教学质量,同时提高教学满意度。 Objective:To evaluate the application of PBL(problem based learning) teaching mode in clinical nursing teaching.Method:Fifty-eight nursing interns in respiratory department of our hospital from February to August 2018 were observed and studied.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and case analysis scores,practical operation scores,theoretical knowledge scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns were observed and recorded.Result:Compared with the control group,the results of case analysis,practical operation and theoretical knowledge of the interns in the observation group were significantly higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total teaching satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL teaching can obviously improve the teaching quality of nursing interns,and improve the teaching satisfaction at the same time.
