中医治疗重症肺炎的临床纂要

Clinical Lecture Notes of Severe Pneumonia Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine

临床广泛应用的抗生素对于细菌、病毒感染的相关疾病已经显示出明显的不足。早期因滥用抗生素导致的耐药性,进一步影响到对重症肺炎的临床治疗效果。虽然临床上一直都十分重视对重症肺炎的研究,但是如何提高其临床效果仍然是摆在目前临床救治工作中的一个重要问题,同样也是重症医学亟待解决的问题。越来越多的研究采用中西医结合的治疗方式开展对重症肺炎的临床治疗,并且发现可获得良好临床效果,这一点为临床开展重症肺炎的治疗提供了一个全新的方向,指明了一条不同的道路。本次研究重点从中医角度分析重症肺炎,以为临床治疗提供依据。

The widely used antibiotics in clinic have shown obvious deficiencies in the diseases related to bacterial and viral infections.Early drug resistance due to abuse of antibiotics further affects the clinical effect of severe pneumonia.Although clinical research on severe pneumonia has been attached great importance,how to improve its clinical effect is still an important issue in the current clinical treatment work,and it is also an urgent problem to be solved in critical medicine.More and more studies have applied integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat severe pneumonia,and have found that good clinical effects can be obtained.This point provides a new direction for clinical treatment of severe pneumonia and points out a different way.This study focuses on the analysis of severe pneumonia from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,providing a basis for clinical treatment.
