摘要
介绍了上流式反应器在中化泉州石化有限公司渣油加氢装置上的应用情况。该装置采用上流式反应器+固定床反应器的工艺技术路线,主要用来加工劣质减渣、蜡油以及焦化蜡油的混合原料,其中混合原料的硫质量分数高达4.5%、金属质量分数高达120μg/g以上,加氢后的渣油产品满足硫质量分数低于0.5%、金属(Ni+V)的质量分数低于19μg/g和残炭的质量分数低于6%的原料要求。该装置两个系列在前4个周期分别采用了国内外4个不同厂家的催化剂,在装置运转过程中发现上流式反应器催化剂的密度和初期活性、操作参数以及原料性质均对上流式反应器的平稳运转有很大的影响。通过对上流式反应器的操作参数及催化剂设计进行不断优化,装置安全、满负荷、平稳运行至今。
The application of up-flow reactor in residue hydrogenation unit of Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is introduced. The unit adopts the technological route of up-flow reactor combined with fixed bed reactor. It is mainly used to process mixed raw materials of inferior vacuum residue, wax oil and coking wax oil. The sulfur content of mixed raw materials reaches up to 4.5%, the metal content reaches up to 120 μg/g. The sulfur content of hydrogenated residue products is less than 0.5%, the metal(Ni+V) content is lower than 19 μg/g and the carbon residue content is less than 6%. The hydrogenated residue products are high quality feedstock for catalytic cracking unit. In the first four cycles of Quanzhou residue hydrogenation unit, catalysts from four different manufacturers at home and abroad are used in two series. It is found that the density and initial activity of catalyst, operation parameters and raw material properties have great influence on the smooth operation of the up-flow reactor. Through continuous optimization of operation parameters and catalyst design of the up-flow reactor, the unit has been running safely, at full load and steadily up to now.
