大型炼油厂首次绿色停工检修难点分析及对策 被引量:4

摘要 针对国内某大型炼油厂首次停工检修技术难点,诸如:硫磺回收装置二氧化硫排放超标、新时期环保要求“气不上天,油不落地”、系统高温重污油管线密闭吹扫、硫化亚铁自燃风险及胺液系统回收储存难度大等,分别采取硫磺回收装置“热氮吹硫”、“密闭煮塔”、延迟焦化装置放空系统增设接收全厂吹扫污油线,钝化清洗及胺液提浓等措施,实现了首次绿色停工检修。 Aiming at the technical difficulties of the first shutdown overhaul in a large refinery in China, such as sulfur dioxide emission of sulfur recovery unit exceed the standard, environmental protection requirements "gas doesn’t go up, oil doesn’t fall to the ground" in the new period, closed purging of high temperature and heavy oil pipelines in the system, ferrous sulfide has self-ignition risk and amine fluid system is difficult to recover and storage, etc. The measures of "hot nitrogen sulfur blowing", "closed boiling tower" and "delayed coking unit emptying system add cleaning dirty oil line, passivation cleaning and concentration of amine solution, etc." are adopted respectively to realize the first green shutdown and maintenance.
