哈萨克斯坦芳烃项目自控设计标准对比分析

摘要 哈萨克斯坦阿特劳炼油厂芳疑项目主要包括1.0 Mt/a连续重整装置、500 kt/a芳怪抽提装置、500 kt/a对二甲苯(PX)装置及配套系统单元,工期为39个月。该项目实施中需执行哈萨克斯坦的标准规范和认证体系,根据项目执行过程中对当地自控设计相关标准和认证的总结,系统阐述了哈萨克斯坦的标准体系,详细介绍了在自控设计中需要执行的相关标准规范和自控产品在当地使用需要的相关认证规定,并与相应中国标准和认证进行了对比分析,为后续承揽该国的项目提供了经验支撑。 The aromatics project of Atelau Refinery in Kazakhstan mainly includes 1.0 MM TPY continuous reforming unit, 500,000 TPY aromatics extraction unit, 500,000 TPY paraxylene (PX) unit and supporting system units, with a construction period of 39 months. The implementation of this project needs to enforce Kazakhstan s standards, specifications and certified system. According to the research and summary of local standards and certification in the process of project implementation, the standard system of Kazakhstan is systematically elaborated. This paper introduces in detail the relevant local standards and specifications that need to be implemented in the design of automatic control and the relevant certification requirements for the local use of automatic control products, and makes a comparative analysis with the corresponding Chinese standards and certifications. It solves the basic requirement of familiarizing and mastering Kazakhstan' s standard and product certification in design work, and accumulates experience for subsequent projects in Kazakhstan.
