北京农村生态文明传播的调查与发展对策研究

Research on the Spread of Rural Ecological Civilization in Beijing and Its Development Countermeasures

加强农村生态文明传播、提高农民的生态文明意识是生态文明建设的重要途径。文章在实地调查获得相关数据的基础上,主要以北京农村生态文明传播中的传播媒介、传播内容、受众需求等三个环节为抓手,发现存在的问题,提出了加大对农村生态传播媒介的扶持力度、构建复合型融媒体传播平台;根据实际需求优化传播内容,提高生态文明传播的针对性及亲和力;大力普及农村地区媒介教育,提升受众生态媒介素养与行为能力等对策,推进北京农村生态文明传播,打造首善之区为生态文明传播样本,为今后北京和全国农村生态文明传播发展提供理论与实践探索参考。

It is an important channel for building ecological civilization to strengthen the dissemination of rural ecological civilization and raise awareness of ecological civilization of farmers.On the basis of relevant data obtained through field survey,this paper mainly focuses on the three aspects of media,content and audience demand in the dissemination of rural ecological civilization in Beijing,finds out the existing problems,and puts forward that we should strengthen the support of rural ecological media,construct a composite media dissemination platform,optimize the dissemination content according to the actual needs,improve it's pertinence and affinity,vigorously popularize the media education in rural areas,enhance the audience's ecological media literacy and behavior ability,promote the dissemination of ecological civilization in rural areas of Beijing,create the best areas for the dissemination of ecological civilization samples,and provide theoretical and practical reference for the future development of the dissemination of ecological civilization in Beijing and rural areas of the whole country.
