浙江省土地利用效益与城市活力耦合协调度评价

Coupling Coordination Evaluate between Land Use Efficiency and Urban Vitality in Zhejiang Province

随着新型城镇化的发展,城市土地利用问题逐渐显露,土地供需矛盾日益加剧,合理利用土地是每一个城市提高自身城市活力的根本前提。因此,文章探索浙江省土地利用效益与城市活力之间的耦合协调关系,通过综合效益、耦合度和协调度指数反映浙江省11个市的土地利用效益与城市活力之间相互变化过程,为各市合理配置土地资源提供依据。

With the development of new urbanization,the land use problem of the city is gradually revealed,and the contradiction between land supply and demand is increasing day by day.Rational use of land is the fundamental prerequisite for every city to improve its own urban vitality.Therefore,this paper explores the coupling and coordination relationship between land use efficiency and urban vitality in Zhejiang province,and reflects the mutual change process between land use efficiency and urban vitality in 11 cities of Zhejiang province through comprehensive benefit,coupling degree and coordination index,which provides a basis for rational allocation of land resources in each city.
