从丛生芽和愈伤诱导、体细胞胚状体发生和器官发生等方面介绍了现代月季的组织培养研究进展,阐述了影响现代月季组织培养的主要因素,对其外植体的选择及灭菌、启动培养和继代增殖以及生根培养中的培养基及激素的选择等相关研究的进展进行了综述。

This paper summarized the research and development in terms of multiple-shoot and callus, somatic embryoid and organogeny about breeding of rose;The major factors that affected the rose tissue culture were described in detail, such as selection and sterilization of explants, medium compositions and hormone concentration during the course of initiation, multiplication and rooting culture.
