摘要 在重竞技项目中应用高强度间歇训练已被证实有利于提高运动员的有氧/无氧能力,增强选手的运动表现.在这类选手的训练安排上,采用传统的中等强度持续性训练作为有氧干预会降低预期训练收益,而高强度间歇训练是相容性更高的干预形式.其中的一个改进方面表现在高强度间歇训练有利于维持更适宜重竞技选手竞技状态的骨骼肌质量及力量性能,骨骼肌IIa型纤维比例的增加可能是导致这一结果的重要因素. The application of high-intensity interval training in heavy athletic sports has been proved to be beneficial to improve the aerobic/anaerobic ability of athletes and enhance their performance.In the training arrangement of such athletes,the traditional medium intensity continuous training as aerobic intervention will reduce the expected training income,while the high-intensity interval training is a more compatible form of intervention.One of the improvements is that high-intensity interval training is beneficial to maintain the quality and strength of skeletal muscle,which is more suitable for competitive state.Increased proportion of skeletal muscle type IIa fibers may be an important factor leading to this result.
