Risk factors for primary glaucoma

青光眼是一种由眼压相对升高引起的不可逆的、渐进性的视神经损伤、视功能损害性病变。原发性青光眼是主要的青光眼类型,具体发病机制尚不十分清楚,高眼压、解剖结构异常、性别、年龄、种族、遗传、屈光状态、精神心理因素、全身疾病等与原发性青光眼的发生发展有关。

Glaucoma is an irreversible progressive lesion of optic nerve and visual function caused by relative elevation of intraocular pressure. Primary glaucoma is the main type of glaucoma. At present, the specific pathogenesis of primary glaucoma is not clear. High intraocular pressure, abnormal anatomical structure, sex, age, race, heredity, refractive status, mental and psychological factors, systemic diseases have been reported being related to the occurrence and development of primary glaucoma.
