摘要
节能降耗已成为石化企业的主要工作之一,直接影响着企业的竞争力。对于石油化工装置,开展节能技术工作主要分节能分析和措施制定2个步骤。节能分析围绕装置具体工艺流程,主要可以从减少能源使用、提高能源利用效率、加强能源回收利用3个方面出发。然后根据分析结果,制定采取一系列措施,如流程改造、系统优化及新工艺、新技术、新设备、新材料应用等。
Energy saving and consumption reduction had become one of the main tasks of petrochemical enterprises,which directly affected the competitiveness of enterprises.For petrochemical plants,energy-saving technology was mainly divided into two steps:energy-saving analysis and measures formulation.Energy-saving analysis centers on the specific process flow of the device,which can be started from three aspects:reducing energy use,improving energy efficiency,strengthening energy recovery and utilization.Then,according to the analysis results,a series of measures were formulated and adopted,such as process transformation,system optimization and new technology,new technology,new equipment,application of new materials,etc.
