在重烷基苯的磺化过程中经常发生结焦现象,对磺酸的质量、黏度、色泽、气味、稳定性等都有很大的影响,严重时甚至无法生产出合格的表面活性剂产品。因此,对磺化过程中的结焦现象进行研究并提出解决办法,对提高重烷基苯磺酸质量以及磺化装置生产效率具有重要的意义。

Coking often occurs in the sulfonation process of heavy alkylbenzene,which had a great impact on the quality,viscosity,color,odor,stability of sulfonic acid,and even could not produce qualified surfactant products.Therefore,it was of great significance to study the coking phenomenon in the process of sulfonation and put forward solutions for improving the quality of heavy alkyl benzene sulfonic acid and the production efficiency of sulfonation unit.
