具有缓释性能的正辛酸微胶囊的制备及表征 被引量:1

摘要 以正辛酸为芯材,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为壁材,二乙烯基苯作为交联剂,制备出正辛酸/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯壁材微胶囊,并对样品的表面形貌、包覆性能、热稳定性和缓释性能分析表征。研究结果表明,制得的正辛酸/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯壁材微胶囊具有规整球状外形,成形性良好,包覆率为30.3%,失重起始温度为124.4℃,热稳定性良好,正辛酸微胶囊在氢氧化钠(NaOH)溶液/增稠剂/溴百里酚蓝酚红混合体系中延缓变色时间为16min,缓释性能显著,具有工业化应用潜力。 Caprylic acid(octanoic acid)was microencapsulated using polymethyl methacrylate as shell material and divinyl benzene as crosslinking agent.Morphological features,encapsulation,thermal and sustained slow release property of the microcapsules were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA).The obtained microcapsules had neat globular shape and good formability.Caprylic acid was successfully encapsulated and the encapsulation rate was 30.3%.The onset degradation temperature of caprylic acid was 124.4℃that revealed good thermal stability.The color change delay time was 16 min in the microcapsules/NaOH solution/brominated blue phenol red system,which suggested that sustained slow release property was remarkable and the microcapsules could be applied to industrial production.
