摘要
重点从源头减最、过程控制、末端治理三个方面对铁前系统超低排放技术进行了阐述铁前系统超低排放的创新技术和措施,主要包括优化炉料结构的硫硝源头减排、削减源头有害元素含量、烧结烟气循环技术、维持高炉稳定顺行的措施、热风炉节能减排技术、高炉瓦斯灰及接喷吹技术、高炉炉顶均压煤气回收技术、烧结矿竖冷窑显热回收发电、烧结烟气脱硝技术,以及环保底滤法渣处理工艺等。
The paper expounds the ultra-low emission technologies before ironmaking system focusing on source reduction, process control and end - of - pipe control. The above innovative technology and measures mainly include optimization of source reduction of sulfur and nitrate from burden mix, source reduction of harmful element content, sintering flue gas recycling technology , m(*asures for maintaining BE stable and smooth running, energy saving and emission reduction technology of hot blast stove, BFG dust direct injection technology, top equalizing BFG recovery technology , recovery of sensible heat from shaft-type sinter cooler for power generation, denitration technology of sintering flue gas, and environmentally friendly bottom filtration slag treatment process.
