摘要 探索高炉喷吹兰炭的可行性,在新兴铸管3号高炉进行了喷吹兰炭混合煤粉的工业试验实验室性能测试结果表明,兰炭的高位发热量低于潞安无烟煤.燃烧率高于潞安无烟煤,且对CO2:的反应性指数远高于潞安无烟煤.满足高炉喷吹匸艺的要求。工业试验结果表明:①喷吹兰炭和潞安混合煤粉,有利于高炉顺行,高炉利用系数有所提高,炼铁成本有所降低。②当混合煤中兰炭比例为10%时,燃料成本降低1.43元/t;比例增加到20%时,燃料成本降低1.92元/t。 No. 3 BF of Xinxing Ductile experienced a commercial test of injecting mixed semi- coke and pulverized coal to the blast furnace to demonstrate the feasibility of such injection. The performance test results from the lab show that the semi -coke is lower in its high calorific value than that of Lu'an anthracite, but higher in burning rate;and its reactivity index with CO2 is much higher than that of Lu,an anthracite, proving that it meets the injection process requirement of blast furnace. The results of commercial test result indicates:(1) injection of mixed semi-coke and Lu'an pulverized coal is beneficial to smooth running of BF, improvement of BF productivity and reduction of ironniaking production cost.(2) as percentage of semi-coke in the mixed coal reaches 10%, the fuel cost will be reduced by 1.43 yuan/t;when the percentage is increased to 20%, the fuel cost will be reduced by 1.92 yuan/t.
