摘要
目的探讨IVF-ET术后双胎之一畸形减胎术。方法收集就诊于本中心2018年1月至2018年10月期间4例IVFET术后双胎之一畸形减胎术患者的临床资料并进行回顾性分析。结果 4例患者均为一次减胎成功。新生儿均为活产,现均体健。结论在双胎妊娠中期,实施经腹超声引导下对双胎妊娠进行减胎是一种较为安全、可靠的技术,也是提高我国人口质量的重要方式。
Objective:To investigate the reduction of fetal malformation after IVF-ET. Methods:The clinical data of 4 cases of one twin deformity after IVF-ET from January 2018 to October 2018 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results:All 4 patients were successful in one reduction. All newborns are live births. Conclusion:In the second trimester of twin pregnancy,the application of transabdominal ultrasound-guided reduction of twin pregnancy is a relatively safe and reliable technology,but also an important way to improve the quality of our population.
