当前城市环卫工人生存状况的调查与研究——以山西省L县为例

Investigation and Research on the Current Living Condition of Urban Sanitation Workers:A Case Study of L County,Shanxi Province

环卫工人作为社会中的弱势群体,其生存现状受到社会的广泛关注。当前环卫工人的生存现状遇到很大的问题,尽管政府已经出台了一些措施,但收效甚微。以山西省L县环卫工人为例,通过对他们的调查,深入了解他们的生活与工作状况,分析了其中存在的问题,并从社会学的视角探索了改善环卫工人现状的对策,使其能够更好地服务城市社会。

As a vulnerable group in the society,the current living condition of urban sanitation workers has been widely concerned by the society. At present,the survival status of sanitation workers has encountered great problems,although the government has put in place some measures,but the results have been minimal. Through interviews with the sanitation workers in L County,the author can effectively understand their survival status and work status,find out the existing problems,and explore the suggestions to improve the status quo of sanitation workers from a sociological point of view,so that they can better serve our city.
