应急广播系统建设涉及播控平台、传输通道、接收终端和信息回传各个环节的安全稳定运行,要想确保应急广播体系的安全,就必须考虑安全体系的同步规划、同步建设、同步运行。简述了应急广播系统安全保护的基本要求,介绍了应急广播安全体系的建设,探讨了基于国密技术的安全体系建设,以实现整个应急广播系统的安全可控。

The construction of emergency broadcasting system involves the safe and stable operation of broadcast and control platform,transmission channel,receiving terminal and information return. In order to ensure the safety of emergency broadcasting system,we must consider the synchronous planning,synchronous construction and synchronous operation of the security system. This paper briefly describes the basic requirements of emergency broadcasting system security protection,introduces the construction of emergency broadcasting security system,and discusses the construction of security system based on state secret technology,so as to realize the safety and control of the whole emergency broadcasting system.
