摘要
为解决长期以来复杂工程项目风险管理忽视脆弱性这一问题,将脆弱性引入工程项目的风险评价中。定义复杂工程项目的脆弱性内涵,利用案例分析法,从10个具有代表性的复杂工程项目中识别出脆弱性因素,构建了复杂工程项目的脆弱性因素指标体系。为复杂工程项目的风险管理和研究提供了理论借鉴。
For a long time,risk management of complex engineering projects ignores vulnerability.In order to solve this problem,the vulnerability is introduced into the risk assessment of engineering projects.The vulnerability of complex projects is defined.Then,case study is used to identify vulnerability factors from 10 representative complex projects.In conclusion,a system of vulnerability factors indicator for complex projects is constructed.This paper provides a theoretical reference for risk management and research of complex projects.
