基于产品成熟度模型的航空产品并行协同研发流程的研究 被引量:3

摘要 当前航空产品研制流程多为单向串行、设计与制造分离,从而导致航空产品研制周期长、质量低的现状。通过分析航空产品的研制流程,提出并行协同研发模式,建立航空产品成熟度模型,并提出基于成熟度模型的航空产品研制流程控制技术。同时,设计基于二级模糊综合评价的航空产品研制成熟度评价方法,实现航空产品研制成熟度的多层次、多因素评价。通过将其应用于某型号航空标准件的研制过程进行有效行的验证。通过上述方法,制造部门能够有效地提前介入研发过程,实现并行协同研发,达到缩短研发周期、保证研发成本可控和产品质量稳定的目的。 At present,the development process of aviation products is mostly unidirectional serial,and the design and manufacture are separated,which leads to the long development cycle and low quality of aviation products.Based on the analysis of the development process of aviation products,the parallel collaborative research and development model is put forward,the maturity model of aviation products is established,and the control technology of aviation product development process based on maturity model is put forward.At the same time,the evaluation method of aviation product development maturity based on two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is designed,and the multi-level and multi-factor evaluation of aviation product development maturity is realized.By applying it to the development process of a certain type of aviation standard parts,the effective line verification is carried out.Through the above methods,the manufacturing department can effectively intervene in the R&D process in advance,realize parallel collaborative R&D,shorten the R&D cycle,and ensure the controllable R&D cost and stable product quality.
