新时代背景下产业扶贫路径探索——来自阜阳市颍州区实地调查

Exploration on the Path of Industrial Poverty Alleviation in the Background of New Era:A Field Survey from Yinzhou District, Fuyang City

阜阳市颍州区通过产业培育、重点项目建设和龙头企业带动等措施在产业脱贫上取得了重要成果和经验,但是还存产业扶贫识别不精准、帮扶形式单一和贫困户脱贫内生动力不足等问题,通过因子分析法对阜阳市产业扶贫绩效研究发现,阜阳市产业扶贫绩效综合得分呈逐年上升趋势,扶贫效果显著。

Yinzhou District of Puyang City has achieved important achievements and experience in industrial poverty alleviation through industrial cultivation,key project construction and leading enterprises driven.However,there are many problems,such as,the inaccurate identification of poverty alleviation in the industry,the single form of assistance,and poor households lack of endogenous motivation.Through the factor analysis method,the research on the performance of industrial poverty alleviation in Fuyang City shows that the comprehensive score of industrial poverty alleviation performance in Fuyang City is increasing year by year,and the effect of poverty alleviation is remarkable.
