提升宜居品质的县城控规路径研究

Research on the Control Regulation Route of County Towns to Improve the Quality of Livable Life

县城城区是人民宜居生活重要的承载地之一。笔者分析了县城城区正面临产业升级发展与空间资源短缺的矛盾、交通出行增加与道路拥堵的矛盾、绿地总量达标与不均衡的矛盾、生活品质提高加与公共服务不足的矛盾。随后,基于控规视角提出了面向宜居品质提升的县城控规编制思路,以《平定县县城南区控制性详细规划》实践为例,探讨县城城区宜居品质提升的策略。

The county town is one of the important carrying places for people's livable life.The author analyzes the contradiction between the industrial upgrading and the shortage of space resources,the contradiction between the increase of traffic and the road congestion,the contradiction between the total amount of green space and the imbalance,the contradiction between the improvement of the quality of life and the lack of public services.Then,based on the perspective of control regulations,the author puts forward the idea of county town control regulation for the improvement of livable quality.Taking the practice of"Controlled Detailed Planning of Pingding County Southern District"as an example,the paper discusses the strategy of improving the quality of livable city in the county.
