绿色施工智能喷雾降尘系统设计

Design of Green Construction Intelligent Spray Dust Reduction System

工地扬尘是绿色施工亟待解决的问题之一,针对目前施工现场降尘措施的低效现象,本文设计了一套新型的自动化喷雾降尘措施综合利用系统。该系统利用空气颗粒扬尘PM2.5监测仪实时在线采集施工现场的PM2.5浓度,通过智能运算,当监测数据超过预先设定的浓度上限值时,喷雾降尘系统立即自动开启,实现降尘的目的。将该绿色施工智能喷雾降尘系统应用于一个实际工程,并对其喷淋系统的布置方案、自动开启方案,分阶段、分系统进行了分析。

Dust at the construction site is one of the urgent problems in Green Construction.In response to the inefficiency of current dust reduction measures at the construction site,this paper proposes a new comprehensive utilization system of automatic spray for dust control.The system collects the value of PM2.5 by monitor in real time on the construction site.Based on intelligent calculation,the spraying dust-settling system will automatically turn on immediately to achieve the goal of dust reduction when the monitoring data exceeds the preset upper limit.The Green construction intelligent spray dust reduction system was applied to an actual project,and the spray system layout scheme and automatic opening scheme were analyzed in stages and subsystems.
