摘要
在梳理现有的有关艾滋病隐私权研究的文献以及有关艾滋病防治的法律的基础上,对艾滋病患者隐私权保护、权利冲突产生、权利冲突平衡的理论基础进行探讨,并对完善艾滋病人隐私权的相关规定提出若干建议。
On the basis of reviewing the existing literature on AIDS privacy and the laws and regulations on AIDS prevention and control, this paper explored the theoretical basis of the protection of AIDS privacy, the generation of rights conflicts and the balance of rights conflicts, and put forward some suggestions on improving the relevant provisions of AIDS privacy.
