民间中医师资格准入与执业规制研究

Study on the professional certification and practice regulation of folk Chinese Medicine practitioners

民间中医药作为我国中医学发展的一部分,具有不可替代的特殊地位。除了医学院校毕业的中医医师外,民间不乏有医术的中医人士,承认他们的法律地位,为其执业设置合理准入方式,既有助于中医药文化的传承,也有助于打击社会中的伪中医。在中医医师资格考核制度的基础上,研究民间中医师的资格准入与执业规制,促进民间中医药从业人员执业规范化。

As a part of the development of TCM in China, folk Chinese Medicine has played an irreplaceable role. In addition to the TCM physicians who have graduated from medical colleges and universities, there are still some skilled Chinese medicine practitioners who have no degrees. Legally recognizing them and establishing access channel for them can not only contribute to the inheritance of Chinese medicine culture but also help to identify the fake Chinese medicine doctor. On the basis of the professional certification system of TCM physicians, this paper suggests to study the management of professional certification and practice of folk TCM practitioners ,and promote the standardization of the practice of folk Chinese Medicine practitioner.
