蓝光联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果及不良反应 被引量:5

Clinical Efficacy and Adverse Reactions of Blue Light Combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii in the Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice

摘要 目的:分析研讨蓝光联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果及不良反应。方法:随机从笔者所在医院2016年5月-2018年4月收治的新生儿黄疸患儿中抽取80例,用随机数字法分组,其中40例接受蓝光治疗(对照组),另40例接受蓝光联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗(研究组),比较治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总疗效95.00%,高于对照组的62.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组光疗时间、治疗前血清胆红素指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组黄疸消退时间、治疗后血清胆红素优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率7.50%,低于对照组的37.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蓝光联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗新生儿黄疸,可促进症状消散,显著改善血清胆红素,值得推广。 Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of blue light combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Method:A total of 80 children with neonatal jaundice admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to April 2018 were randomly selected for randomization.40 patients received blue light therapy(the control group) and another 40 patients treated with blue light combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii(the study group),the therapeutic effects were compared.Result:The therapeutic effect of the study group was 95.00%,higher than 62.50% of the control group,and the data were significantly different(P<0.05).Phototherapy time and serum bilirubin index before treatment in two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).The jaundice regression time and serum bilirubin after treatment in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the data were different(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.50%,lower than 37.50% in the control group,and the data was significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion:Blue light combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii in the treatment of neonatal jaundice can promote the dissipation of symptoms and significantly improve serum bilirubin,which is worthy of promotion.
