舒适护理在胃镜检查中应用的研究进展

Research Progress of Comfort Nursing in Gastroscopy

胃镜检查是目前临床上应用最广、进展最快的内径检查技术,是上消化道疾病诊断和治疗的一种可靠手段。胃镜的检查分为两种,传统与无痛胃镜检查,两种胃镜检查,均为侵入性检查,无痛胃镜检查中对患者施行静脉复合麻醉,但多种因素作用下,仍会感到不舒适。虽然目前无痛胃镜广泛应用,但临床上尚未完全取消传统胃镜,当患者出现麻醉禁忌证时,还需行传统胃镜检查。胃镜检查因异物导入而引起恶心、呕吐等不适症状,使患者出现紧张、焦虑等心理问题,往往影响检查效果。为减轻或消除患者不适反应,配合检查与治疗,舒适护理具有重要意义。Kolcaba在1995年提出了舒适护理理论,在1998年肖丰富提出双C舒适护理模式,为“Care+Comfort”,即“护理+舒适”,强调以患者舒适为考虑重点。因此,深入对胃镜检查中的舒适护理研究,是未来对护理研究的重要方向,也是探索护理方案的重要基础。

Gastroscopy is the most widely used and fastest-growing technique in clinic,and it is a reliable means for diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrointestinal diseases.Gastroscopy is divided into two kinds,traditional and painless gastroscopy,two kinds of gastroscopy,are invasive examination,painless gastroscopy will be performed in patients with intravenous anesthesia,but a variety of factors,will still feel uncomfortable.Although painless gastroscopy is widely used at present,it has not yet completely eliminated the traditional gastroscopy in clinic.When anesthesia contraindication occurs in patients,traditional gastroscopy is still needed.Gastroscopy can cause nausea,vomiting and other discomfort symptoms due to the introduction of foreign bodies,which can cause psychological problems such as tension and anxiety in patients,often affecting the results of the examination.In order to alleviate or eliminate patients’ discomfort and cooperate with examination and treatment,comfortable nursing is of great significance.Kolcaba put forward the theory of comfort nursing in 1995,and in 1998 Xiao Fengfu put forward the double C comfort nursing mode,which is“ Care + Comfort”,that is,“nursing+comfort”,emphasizing that patients’ comfort shall be taken into account.Therefore,in-depth study of comfort nursing in gastroscopy is an important direction of future nursing research,and also an important basis for exploring nursing programs.
