摘要
该文综述了碳、氮稳定同位素在海洋生态系统中的最新研究进展及应用,着重讨论了海洋食物网中不同层级消费者的营养级时空变化及食性特征,为海域生态系统及其动态关系提供了重要手段,也为现代同位素全球生物化学提供理论基础。
With the,recent years,gradual development of stable isotope technology,the application of carbon and nitrogen stable isotope in Marine ecological environment has become an prominent subject in many research,playing an important role in energy flow,material transformation,biological amplification and tracing carbon source in Marine ecosystems,mainly performed in some aspects,for example,the constructed foundation of food web in Marine environment,the determination of nutrient levels and dietary sources of organisms,and the analysis of characteristics of trophic structure in Marine communities.There have been many studies on stable carbon and nitrogen isotopes in Marine ecosystems both here and abroad.The latest research progress and application of stable carbon and nitrogen isotopes in Marine ecosystem was reviewed in this paper,which emphatically discussed the spatial and temporal distribution of TL and dietary characteristics of consumers at different levels in the marine food web,providing an important method for Marine ecosystems and its dynamic relationship,and providing theoretical basis for modern isotope global biochemistry as well.
