电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定中华绒鳌蟹体内的砷、镉、汞、铅 被引量:4

摘要 采用HNO3-H2O2-H2O体系对样品进行微波消解,以电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定中华绒螯蟹体内砷、镉、汞、铅等元素含量。各元素线性方程相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.00228~0.0342μg/L,3个浓度添加水平下方法回收率为95.8%~99.7%,相对标准偏差(N=6)为1.72%~4.31%。用该方法测定FAPAS质控物质T07279QC,各元素测定值与标示值吻合,该方法省时快速,可保证测定结果的准确性,适用于中华绒螯蟹中砷、镉、汞、铅的测定。 The sample was digested with a mixture of HNO3,H2O2 and H2O by microwave assisted digestion.Arsenic,cadmium,mercury and lead were determined by ICP-MS.It showed a good linearity for 4 elements(r>0.999),and detection limits were found in the range of 0.00228~0.0342μg/L.Values of RSDs(n=6)were found in the range of 1.72%~4.31%,and values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 95.8%~99.7%.QC material T07279QC were determined by the above method,giving results in consistency with certified values.It showed that this analysis method was time-saving,efficient,and accurate.Therefore,it was suitable for the determination of arsenic,cadmium,mercury and lead in Chinese mitten crab.
