“通督调神”针法治疗失眠的理论探微

Theory Exploration of Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture in the Treatment of Insomnia

分析历代医家对不寐的认识,主要从病因病机治疗而论;阐述了“通督调神”的理论内涵,指出心脑共为神明之主,安神应心脑皆重,并指出督脉为枢机的心-脑-肾轴,突出督脉在调神中起到的重要作用,详细阐述督脉的生理功能及经络联系。督脉是人体经络中唯一一条既络肾又贯心、既属脑又络脑的经脉。心者,君主之官,神明出焉;脑为元神之府,故“通督”可以起到“调神”的作用。在临床中通过背夹脊、背俞穴作为中间桥梁加强了各脏腑与督脉经气沟通,从而达到调衡阴阳、调和营卫、调整脏腑、通调经络的作用。

This article analyzed the understanding of insomnia by doctors of all dynasties, which mainly focused on etiology and pathogenesis, and the treatment of insomnia. It elaborated theoretical connotation of Tongdu Tiaoshen(Stimulating Governor Vessel and Regulating Shen) and pointed out that Heart and Brain are the masters of Shen, therefore calming Shen should be treating both Heart and Brain. It also pointed out that Governor Vessel is helm of the axis of Heart-Brain-Kidney, highlighting the important role played by Governor Vessel in regulating Shen. It elaborated on the physiological functions of Governor Vessel and the meridian connections. Governor Vessel is the only meridian that connects to Kidney, Heart and Brain. Heart is the monarch, where Shen comes out;Brain is the house of original Shen;therefore stimulating Governor Vessel can play the role of regulating Shen. In clinic, through the intermediate bridge of Jiaji points and back-shu points, the communication between the organs and Governor Vessel is strengthened, so as to balance yin and yang, reconcile nutritive- qi and defensive- qi , regulate organs, and stimuate meridians.
