天灸疗法联合闪罐治疗非急性期面神经炎临床研究

Clinical Study of Crude Herb Moxibustion Combined with Flash Cupping in the Treatment of Non-Acute Facial Neuritis

目的:观察天灸联合闪罐治疗非急性期面神经炎的治疗效果。方法:选取我院2014年6月—2017年9月就诊的非急性期面神经炎患者100例,根据随机数字法将患者分为对照组与治疗组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规针刺处理,治疗组患者采用天灸联合闪罐处理。比较两组患者面神经功能评分、治疗后远红外热像温度差、血清IgE水平及治疗疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者面神经功能评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者面神经功能评分的变化幅度明显大于对照组;治疗组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后远红外热像温度差明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:天灸疗法结合闪罐对急性期面神经炎起到良好的治疗作用,并优于常规针刺疗法,使患者临床症状得到有效缓解。该联合疗法便于操作、患者依从性好,具有较高的舒适度,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of crude herb moxibustion combined with flash cupping in the treatment of non-acute facial neuritis. Methods: 100 patients were randomly divided into the control group( n =50) and the treatment group( n =50). The control group was treated with routine acupuncture, and the treatment group was treated with crude herb moxibustion combined with flash cupping. The score of facial nerve function, infrared thermal imaging, and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups after the treatment. Results: The score of facial nerve function was lower after the treatment than that before the treatment in the two groups( P <0.05), and the change was more significant in treatment group( P <0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group( P <0.05). The temperature difference of infrared thermal imaging was significantly lower in the treatment group than that of the control group after the treatment( P <0.05). Conclusion: Crude herb moxibustion combined with flash cupping can effectively relieving symptoms of non-acute facial neuritis, which is better than routine acupuncture. The therapy is easy to operate and has a better acceptance and high comfortability, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
