头穴配合俞原配穴针刺治疗中风后抑郁临床观察

Clinical Observation of Scalp Points Combined with Back-Shu Point and Yuan-Source Point in the Treatment of PSD

目的:观察头穴配合俞原配穴针刺治疗中风后抑郁(PSD)的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例患者按照随机数字表法均分两组,分别为针刺组和药物组,每组各30例。针刺组采用头穴配合俞原配穴进行针刺治疗,药物组给予西药黛力新进行相应治疗。结果:两组患者进行相应的疗程治疗后针刺组在HAMD、MESSS评分均较药物组改善明显,同时,针刺组治疗PSD总有效率为86.67%,药物组总有效率为73.33%,两组比较针刺组HAMD、MESSS评分及总有效率均优于药物组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:头穴配合俞原配穴针刺治疗中风后抑郁有着较好的临床疗效,是一种干预PSD的有效中医疗法。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of scalp points combined with Back-shu point and Yuan- source point in the treatment of post-stroke depression (PSD). Methods: 60 PSD patients were randomly divided into the acupuncture group( n =30) and the medication group( n =30). The acupuncture group was treated with scalp points combined with Back-shu point and Yuan-source point;the medication group was treated with Deanxit. Results: The HAMD scores and MESSS scores were significantly improved in the acupuncture group compared to those in the medication group after the treatment( P <0.05). The total effective rate was 86.67% in the acupuncture group, which was significantly higher than 73.33% in the medication group( P <0.05). Conclusion: Scalp point combined with Back-shu point and Yuan-source point has better curative effect on PSD, which is an effective intervention for PSD in TCM.
