摘要 中枢神经系统疾病包括脑和脊髓的病变,目前临床多为对症治疗。针刺诱导具有多潜能分化能力的神经干细胞增殖、分化、迁移至损伤部位,被认为可有效治疗中枢神经系统疾病。Notch信号通路作为调控细胞发育的重要通路,在神经干细胞分化中也起调控作用,研究发现针刺可影响中枢神经系统疾病中Notch通路的变化来发挥治疗作用。针刺调节Notch信号通路可促进血管新生、NSCs增殖、增强神经可塑性、抑制神经胶质细胞不可逆分化等,但其具体机制还有待进一步研究。就近年来Notch信号通路在针刺治疗中枢神经系统疾病的作用机制作一综述,为基础及临床研究提供参考。 Central nervous system diseases including brain and spinal cord lesions. At present, symptomatic treatment is the major way in clinic. Acupuncture is considered to be effective in the treatment of central nervous system diseases by inducing proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells with pluripotent differentiation ability, and by leading it migrate to the injury site. The Notch signaling pathway acts as an important pathway to regulate cell development. It also plays a regulatory role in the differentiation of neural stem cells. Studies have found that acupuncture can regulate the Notch signaling pathway to promote angiogenesis, NSCs proliferation, enhance neuroplasticity and inhibit the irreversible differentiation of glial cells, but its specific mechanism remains unclear. This study reviewed the role of the Notch signaling pathway in the treatment of central nervous system diseases in recent years, and it provides a reference for basic and clinical research.
