利拉鲁肽对胃泌素及降钙素分泌影响的研究

Effect of liraglutide on the secretion of gastrin and calcitonin

目的:探讨利拉鲁肽在标准面条餐后对胃泌素及降钙素分泌的影响。方法:2型糖尿病患者23例参与试验,分别在应用利拉鲁肽前后,测定基础及面条餐后30min、60min、90min的血清胃泌素、降钙素及胰高血糖素水平,用药前后不同时间点的激素水平采用配对t检验;胃泌素及胰高血糖素对降钙素分泌的影响采用多因素线性回归分析。结果:利拉鲁肽对标准面条餐后胃泌素及降钙素水平无明显影响,但胰高血糖素水平在标准面条餐后30min有明显的下降(P<0.05)。胃泌素和胰高血糖素在标准面条餐后的变化水平对降钙素的变化水平存在影响。结论:标准面条餐后胃泌素及降钙素水平虽无明显变化;但应用不同时间点激素差值行多因素线性回归分析发现,在应用利拉鲁肽后,标准面条餐60min和90min时随着胃泌素差值升高,降钙素差值水平也增高,说明餐后胃泌素变化差异可能对降钙素分泌的变化差异存在影响。

Objective:To investigate the effect of liraglutide on the secretion of gastrin and calcitonin after a standard noodle load test. Methods:23 type 2 diabetes patients were involved in this clinical trial. Before and after liraglutide treatment, serum gastrin, calcitonin, and glucagon levels were measured at the 30th, 60th, and 90th minutes after standard noodle meal. The hormone levels at different time points before and after liraglutide treatment were tested by paired t test. The effects of gastrin and glucagon on calcitonin secreation were analyzed by multivariate linear regression analysis. Results:There is no significant difference of gastrin and calcitonin before and after liraglutide treatment, while glucagon has a significant decrease at 30 minutes after a standard noodle meal (P<0.05). It is found that the difference level of gastrin and glucagon have an effect on the difference of calcitonin. Conclusion:There was no significant change in gastrin and calcitonin levels after a standard noodle test. However, the multivariate linear regression analysis of hormone difference at different time points showed that the difference level of calcitonin increased with the increase of gastrin difference at the 60th and the 90th minutes after standard noodle test. These results indicate that postprandial gastrin changes may have an effect on calcitonin secretion.
