IL-23及IL-17在成人急性白血病患者外周血中的表达

摘要 目的:观察成人急性白血病(acute leukemia,AL)患者外周血中白细胞介素-23(IL-23)及Th细胞因子白细胞介素-17(IL-17)的表达水平及二者的相关性,并探讨二者与临床治疗、预后的相关性。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA法)检测29例AL初诊组、21例首次缓解组、8例未缓解组及20例对照组患者血清中IL-23和IL-17含量。结果:①IL-23及IL-17的含量在AL初诊组患者外周血中高于ALCR组及健康对照组(P<0.05)。②IL-23及IL-17的含量在AL未缓解组患者外周血中高于ALCR组及健康对照组(P<0.05)。③IL-23及IL-17的表达水平在ALCR组与健康对照组之间表达水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。④在实验组患者外周血中IL-23和IL-17的表达水平在一定程度上呈正相关关系(r=0.603,P<0.05)。⑤初诊组AL患者血清IL-23、IL-17水平与同期临床资料无明显相关性。结论:AL初诊组及AL未缓解组患者中IL-23及IL-17的表达程度明显高于ALCR组、健康成人,且二者的表达水平在某种程度上表现出一定的相关性。因此,进一步研究IL-23、IL-17在成人急性白血病中的表达水平及在发病过程中的作用,进一步阐明其二者在成人急性白血病的发病机制具有积极意义,或许能为今后治疗及研究指明一定方向。 Objective:To observe the expression levels of interleukin-23 (il-23) and Th cytokine interleukin-17 (il-17) in peripheral blood of adult acute leukemia (AL) patients, and to discuss the correlation between them and clinical treatment as well as prognosis. Methods:Serum il-23 and il-17 levels in 29 patients in the AL initial diagnosis group, 21 in the first remission group, 8 in the non-remission group and 20 in the control group were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results:①The contents of il-23 and il-17 in the peripheral blood of patients in the AL initial diagnosis group were higher than those in the AL CR group and the healthy control group (P<0.05).②The levels of il-23 and il-17 in peripheral blood of patients in the AL group without remission were higher than those in the AL CR group and the healthy control group (P<0.05).③The expression levels of il-23 and il-17 were not significantly different between the AL CR group and the healthy control group (P>0.05).④The expression levels of il-23 and il-17 in the peripheral blood of patients in the experimental group were positively correlated to some extent (r=0.603,P<0.05).⑤There was no significant correlation between serum IL-23 and IL-17 levels in the newly diagnosed group AL patients. Conclusion:Il-23 and il-17 expression levels in patients in the AL initial diagnosis group and the AL non-remission group were significantly higher than those in the AL CR group and healthy adults, and the expression levels of the two groups showed a certain correlation to some extent. Therefore, further study on the expression level of il-23 and il-17 in acute adult leukemia and their role in the pathogenesis has positive significance to further clarify the pathogenesis of il-23 and il-17 in acute adult leukemia, which may point out a certain direction for future treatment and research.
