摘要
利用东北大学研制的RDS-05全自动炉渣熔点熔速测定仪,基于半球点法研究了酸洗污泥、鲕状赤铁矿及其混合样的熔化性能,并就煤基熔融还原过程中渣碱度对酸洗污泥中铁、铬、镍金属回收率的影响进行了研究。结果表明,酸洗污泥“流淌温度”为1225℃,鲕状赤铁矿“流淌温度”为1126℃,酸洗污泥、鲕状赤铁矿混合样“流淌温度”介于1148~1216℃之间;在还原温度1500℃、还原时间90min、配碳比2.0、碱度1.5的最佳煤基熔融还原实验条件下,酸洗污泥中铁、铬、镍的回收率分别为98.75%、96.32%和98.98%。
The melting properties of pickling sludge,oolitic hematite and its composite sample were studied based on hemisphere point method,by using RDS-05(an automatic melting point and speed tester for slag that was self-developed by Northeastern University).The influences of slag basicity(CaO/SiO2)during the coal-based smelting reduction process on the recovery rates of Fe,Cr and Ni from pickling sludge were investigated.It was found that the flowing temperature of pickling sludge and oolitic hematite iron ore were 1 225℃and 1 126℃respectively,the“flowing temperature”of the mixed samples ranged from 1 148℃to 1 216℃.The smelting reduction experiment with reduction at 1 500℃for 90 min,with carbon ratio of 2.0 and slag basicity of 1.5,resulted in the recovery rates of Fe,Cr and Ni from pickling sludge reaching 98.75%,96.32%and 98.98%,respectively.
