摘要
通过高温固相法合成铌掺杂Li(Ni0.8Co0.1Mn0.1)1-xNbxO2(x=0,0.01,0.02,0.03)正极材料,利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜以及电化学测试手段分析铌掺杂的影响。结果显示,铌掺杂没有改变材料的α-NaFeO2层状结构;充放电循环结果显示Li(Ni0.8Co0.1Mn0.1)0.98Nb 0.02O2在1C充放电倍率、电压为3.0~4.3 V条件下,经过50周循环后的容量保持率为95.9%,而没有经过掺杂处理材料的容量保持率为85.3%;交流阻抗测试结果证明了铌掺杂可以降低材料的电化学阻抗,从而提高材料电化学性能。
A cathode material of Ni-doped Li[Ni0.8 Co0.1 Mn0.1]1-x Nbx O2(x=0,0.01,0.02,0.03)was prepared by high temperature solid-state reaction.The influence of Nb doping was investigated by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,and electrochemical measurements.The result showed that,the layeredα-NaFeO2 structure did not change by Nb doping.Charge/discharge cycle testing revealed that Li(Ni0.8Co0.1Mn0.1)0.98Nb0.02O2 had a capacity retention rate at 95.9%after 50 cycles,with charge and discharge rates at 1C and a cutoff voltage within the range of 3.0~4.3 V.As compared,LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2 had the capacity retention rate at 85.3%.The AC impedance testing results showed that Nb doping could reduce the electrochemical impedance of the Nb-doped material,thus improve its electrochemical performance.
