中低速磁浮道岔长效防腐复合涂层的设计与应用

摘要 分析了长沙磁浮快线道岔钢结构的使用环境,确定了长效防腐复合涂层体系:热喷涂锌铝合金(100 μm)+环氧封闭底漆(20 μm)+环氧云铁中间漆(100 μm)+两道氟碳面漆(各40 μm).对喷砂前倒角处理、喷砂、热喷涂锌铝合金层、喷涂防腐涂料等施工过程及其质量管理进行了探讨.2年多的运行实践证明,该涂层体系具有优异的防腐性能. The application environment of the steel structure of turnout for Changsha Maglev Express was analyzed. A long-term anticorrosive composite coating system was determined as follows: thermal spraying of Zn-Al alloy (100 μm) +epoxy sealing primer (20 μm) + epoxy micaceous iron oxide intermediate paint (100 μm) + two-layer fluorocarbon topcoat (40 μm each). The processes of chambering prior to sandblasting, sandblasting, thermal spraying Zn–Al alloy, and spraying anticorrosive coatings as well as their quality management during construction were discussed. It is proved that this composite coating system has an excellent corrosion resistance after it has been put into service for more than two years.
