摘要
以环氧树脂(E-51)、甲基丙烯酸十三氟辛酯(PFOMA)、癸二酸、丙烯酸(AA)和顺丁烯二酸酐为原料,合成了紫外光(UV)固化水性多元酸改性含氟环氧丙烯酸树脂。探究了PFOMA、癸二酸和顺丁烯二酸酐的用量对改性树脂及其涂膜性能的影响,并利用红外光谱对改性树脂进行了表征。结果表明,当E-51与含氟单体物质的量之比为4∶1,癸二酸的物质的量为树脂环氧基团的30%,顺丁烯二酸酐用量为全接枝理论值的20%时,所制备的的涂膜综合性能优良,柔韧性1 mm,水接触角87.03°,附着力1级。
An UV-curable waterborne fluorinated epoxy acrylic resin modified by polybasic acid was synthesized from epoxy resin(E-51),perfluorooctyl methacrylate(PFOMA),sebacic acid,acrylic acid(AA),and maleic anhydride.The effects of the amounts of PFOMA,sebacic acid,and maleic anhydride on properties of the modified resin and its cured films were studied.The modified resin was characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectrometry.The results showed that the coating prepared with epoxy resin and fluorine-containing monomer PFOMA at a molar ratio of 4:1,sebacic acid as 30mol.%of the epoxy group,and maleic anhydride as 20%of the theoretical value for complete grafting had good comprehensive performance:flexibility 1 mm,water contact angle 87.03°,and 1-grade adhesion.
